“I’d done some driving with my Mum already so new the basics but my Mum was nervous of taking me out on the
main roads. My Go instructor quickly helped me gain the confidence and before I knew it I’d
passed my test”

Our Lessons
Lessons - utilising the best modern training techniques
You’ll benefit from the latest drive-training techniques at Go Driving Tuition. These follow a DSA syllabus, and can be tailored to meet your individual needs and abilities. At the start of every lesson, you’ll know what the objectives are, plus we’ll teach you any new subjects in an easy-to-follow manner. At the end of the lesson, you’ll know how you got on and the aims of the next lesson - and if you’re doing any private driving practice, we’ll also give you tips on what you need to work on.
Refresher Courses
If you are nervous and daunted by driving, or have not driven for a long time. You can benefit from having some time behind the wheel with a professional instructor next to you to build your confidence. It may be motorway driving preventing you from travelling to visit friends or parking which stops you visiting your favourite shops. Whatever the reason contact us to discuss how we can help you get the confidence back.
Save the planet and save money - with eco driving!
Eco-driving was introduced as part of the UK driving test in 2008, and as part of our lessons, we include teaching on how to drive as safely and fuel-efficiently as possible. Research in the UK shows that eco-driving can reduce fuel consumption by between 5% and 17%, as well as cutting emissions - so apart from being good for the environment, eco-driving will also save you considerable amount of money over your driving career!
Safer driving with Pass Plus
Statistics show that in your first year of driving, new drivers have a 1 in 5 chance of being involved in an accident - and every day in the UK, two young people under 25 die in road traffic accidents. Pass Plus is a course that helps you gain valuable experience (which would normally take you much longer) with a qualified instructor. The syllabus was designed by the DSA to help newly qualified drivers gain sound driving experience in a safe and methodical manner; and as well as helping you become a better, safer driver, you can also benefit from cheaper motor insurance.
The areas of training include:
• Town Driving
• Rural Roads
• All-weather driving
• Night driving
• Dual carriageways
• Motorway
